The centre is located at Tewkesbury Business Park, adjacent to J9 of the M5 motorway, so with easy access to the midlands and south west, and at the same time with all the facilities of the historic market town of Tewkesbury on its doorstep

So how does the Basepoint concept work?

We manage our centres with a full time on site team. They are there to look after the centre, let units, and help licensees get the maximum from Basepoint. They build their centres into business communities, providing business support, and whilst Basepoint welcomes established as well as new businesses into its centres, it's the new businesses that particularly appreciate the friendly and supportive atmosphere that Basepoint managers generate in their centres.

We offer all our units to let on a rolling two week licence. That means when you rent one of our units, you stay as long as you like (as long as you pay the inclusive rent and comply with the reasonable terms of the licence!) but only have to give two weeks notice. The licence is a simple two page document - no solicitors fees, no hidden extras.

You choose your unit, and as long as your business is suitable (i.e. it fits in with other businesses in a business centre environment, so no car trades for example), you pay a deposit of 6 weeks rent, then two weeks rent up front, and you move in!
