This seminar, delivered in partnership with Sue Williams from the University of Gloucestershire, will cover and explore current ideas and thinking about sustainable leadership, encouraging debate.
Sue and Sharon will ask how leaders understand the meaning of ‘sustainable leadership’, and discuss the role of leadership in the wider community, whilst also exploring what ‘taking a stand’ might mean for leaders in our region, helping participants to develop actions for sustainable leadership practice.
